All American was fantastic! First they had a comprehensive quote listing all items with explanations. It was a very old roof so when they stripped it off they found part of it glued to the substrate that they couldn’t remove. Jeremy sent me photos of the existing condition, then gave me 3 options with price and outcome impact. I choose a middle option. After completion Jeremy sent me photos of the roof. It rained shortly after and the roof is holding. Roof is guaranteed for 5 years. All in all a completely professional job at a reasonable price.

We found leaks around window frame during the storm/rain, window was installed less than 2 years so we know that needs to be fixed before the next storm comes. We tried reaching out to the original company who installed my window but they said wait time is "1 MONTH" before they can set up a $225 service call to have someone come to check. I was disappointed that they couldn't even send someone to check earlier since they were the ones installed. I had no choice but to find another company for repair to be done. Then I called All American HI from Google search, Jeremy came to look at our window the same afternoon, provided with a reasonable quotation the next morning and be able to set up work schedule and repair done within a week. Jeremy and Mario diagnosed the leakage area quickly upon arrival on work day, and they are very patient and knowledgeable when I asked questions throughtout the repair work. They also inspect our roof and gave very fair comments, instead of selling you what you do not need. I'm looking for a safe leak-proofed window going forward. I like this company for being very honest and would definitely recommend to others.

He is very precise as to what needed to be done on my roof very detailed and was very clear as to what I did NOT need . . He and his crew kept my property and attic very clean after the work was performed which is very important to me. I have used All American on three separate occasions and each time Jeremy and his crew have done an exceptional job. I have hired All American for a shed roof replacement as well as ceiling leaks from rain on two different houses. The leaks are difficult to diagnose but Jeremy was spot on the first time with both.
